Over time, the company has developed special formats and chocolate products, including Loacker Tortina, one of its most popular lines. Loacker wafers from the heart of the Alps

Loacker and South Tyrol are closely linked. What Alfons Loacker founded as a regional pastry shop in 1925 has grown into a widely recognised Alpine confectionery brand. Loacker products are made and packed in the Alps to defined quality standards. The wafers are made without added flavourings, while the hazelnuts used for specialities such as Loacker Tortina come from the company's own cultivation in Tuscany. Tortina combines fine wafer layers, hazelnut cream and chocolate. The range is also made without preservatives, reflecting the brand's close association with its Alpine setting.
