Cogno Barolo Ravera
Cogno Barolo Ravera Cogno Barolo Ravera ist die historische Lage der Ortschaft Novello (Cuneo). Dieser reinsortige Nebbiolo von Elvio Cogno wird 24 Monate in slovenischen Fässern ausgebaut und lagert dann noch für 6 Monate in der Flasche. In der Farbe ist er lebhaft granatrot, mit orangeroten Reflexen. An der Nase komplex: Pflaume und Wildrose, Anis, Tabak, aber auch Mokka, und mineralische Noten. In der Verkostung ist er strukturiert, aber weich, tanninhaltig und schön frisch. Langes, elegantes Finale. Der Barolo DOCG Ravera passt bei Tisch toll zu Eintöpfen und Schmorgerichten, Wild und Hartkäse. Warhaftig ein exzelenter Tropfen!
